All Onyx products can be cut using regular woodworking tools!
Onyx products can be cleaned using any non-abrasive household cleaner. If the product feels gritty, don't use it on Onyx! Gritty cleaning products may damage the protective polish that is applied during the manufacturing process.
How do I get started?
Getting a quote for your Onyx products is simple:
1) Contact us to schedule an appointment at our showroom and we'll work with you to discuss what your project will need, then we'll get a quote made.
2) If you'd like to have the order placed, all we ask is that you sign the quote and make a 70% downpayment.
3) Once we place the order with Onyx, it typically takes about 10 weeks for it to arrive at our warehouse in Appleton.
4) The Onyx delivery drivers typically call us when they're an hour away with our shipment. When we get that call, we'll call you to pass on the message.
5) When you arrive to pick up your order, all you need to do is pay the remaining balance and we'll help you load everything into your vehicle!
